Protecting Your Business From Dangerous Cyber Threats

What Our Cybersecurity Services Do For You

2025 Year In Review

Looking back, 2025 felt like a turning point. We introduced new technologies, challenged ourselves to improve longstanding systems, welcomed new talent, and even took a few risks that helped us understand what our clients value most.

One of our first experiments was introducing AI into our phone system. “Abbie,” our original AI assistant, made her debut early in the year. She was enthusiastic and did her best—but she also made it clear that not everyone enjoys talking to an AI. So we listened. We evolved. And we introduced Liam, a more refined version we use only during high call volumes. He helps reduce hold times and allows our technicians to stay focused on solving more tickets, more quickly—without sacrificing the personal experience our clients appreciate.

AI became a theme for us this year. We made a major leap by adopting Hatz.ai as our secure AI platform for clients. Many people don’t realize that when you use free or public AI tools, everything you type can become part of their training data. That isn’t acceptable for businesses. With Hatz, every client gets their own private tenant, where the data stays inside their environment and never enters public models. It’s AI done the right way—securely, privately, and responsibly, and it's available now for all of our clients.

2025 also brought significant improvements to the way we deliver support. This past summer, we retired our legacy helpdesk at helpdesk.teamturnkey.com and transitioned fully into Invarosoft, the blue IT icon on your desktop. This move modernized our workflow and created a consistent, easy way for every client to request help.

We also launched Turnkey’s first formal Sales Department. Like all new things, it came with lessons—some straightforward, some hard-earned—but every lesson has helped us refine our strategy and build a stronger, more intentional approach heading into 2026. We're very pleased to have promoted Aaron Geisen into the role of Director of Business Development to aid us in this quest.

And the work didn’t stop there. This year, our team completed over 800 Windows 10 replacements, ensuring clients were ready for Microsoft’s retirement timeline. We also tackled more than 90 Sophos firewall upgrades, moving customer networks to the new XGS Series for stronger performance and security.

On the cybersecurity front, we introduced our most robust offering yet—with Zero Trust architecture, ThreatLocker protection, and third-party security validation through Galactic Advisors. We've never been more focused on bringing top-shelf cybersecurity solutions to our clients. Be sure to ask us about what YOUR next generation protections should look like.

Our team grew as well. In August, we welcomed Harold Elliott, who spent nearly 20 years as the lead IT technician for Henry Schein in St. Louis. Harold brings tremendous talent, but even more importantly, he brings heart and belief in what we’re building here at Turnkey.

In October, we expanded our reach by exhibiting at the Greater St. Louis Mid-Continent Dental Meeting, allowing us to connect with new practices and re-engage with long-time partners.

And as we close out 2025, we’re honored to be nominated for an industry award from the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards (sponsored by MSP Success Magazine) in Hollywood, California—hosted by Magic Johnson and Mike Rowe at the Beverly Hills Hilton. Turnkey was selected as a national finalist in the AI Innovation category. Unfortunately we did not win, but simply being recognized among industry leaders is both humbling and motivating.

When I look back at this year, I see a company that worked incredibly hard, adapted quickly, invested deeply, and set the stage for something bigger. Which brings me to what’s coming next.

What to Look Forward to in 2026

A year of exciting launches, strategic upgrades, and meaningful new ways to serve you.

If 2025 was a year of momentum, 2026 will be a year of expansion—of ideas, of capability, and of connection. We have a lot to share with you.

We’re starting the year strong with a completely redesigned Turnkey website, which launched in Mid-December. Be sure to check out the new www.teamturnkey.com. It is faster, clearer, and more helpful for new and existing clients alike.

In Q1, we’ll be launching a brand-new Turnkey blog, focused on cybersecurity insights, technology advice, and some fun stories from life inside an MSP. We’re excited to share more of what we’ve learned—and what we’re learning every day.

Also in Q1, we’re rolling out our professionally produced VOIP Greetings Package, offering polished, musically accented greetings, menus, and on-hold messages for Turnkey-hosted phone systems.

In Q2, we’ll be introducing a major upgrade to our internal and client-facing documentation. Our new documentation platform will include a secure client portal where you’ll be able to browse your passwords, access KB documents, and view selected parts of your technology environment. This level of transparency is a big step forward, and we’re proud to offer it.

We will also begin sharing content from our experimental AI-powered internal podcast, which has been a hit inside our team. In Q2, we’ll start releasing episodes publicly—a combination of AI narrative delivery and real-world IT insight.

Q2 will also see the launch of TurnkeyCybersecurity.com, a dedicated division built to bring enterprise-level protection to organizations of all sizes, nationwide.

In Q2 and Q3, we’ll be investing heavily in a new reporting and insights platform, giving you clearer visibility into your equipment lifecycle, service history, cybersecurity posture, device age, and more. These reports will help guide smarter planning and budgeting conversations.

And in Q3, we’ll be launching our first Turnkey webinar series, bringing ongoing education directly to you—covering cybersecurity, compliance, productivity tools, industry trends, and more.

Throughout 2026, we will also begin scheduling semiannual technology roadmap meetings with each client. These conversations will help us understand your short-, medium-, and long-term business goals, and ensure your technology strategy always supports your future.

Finally, early in 2026, we’ll add real-time chat support inside Invarosoft, giving you yet another simple, fast way to reach our team.

Thank You

2025 has been a year of progress, learning, and meaningful accomplishment. But more than that—it has been a year of partnership. Everything we achieved this year, we achieved because of the trust you put in us and the work we do together.

On behalf of everyone at Turnkey, thank you for choosing us as your technology partner. We are truly excited for what 2026 will bring, and we look forward to serving you with clarity, commitment, and confidence in the year ahead.
