Inside Sales Rockstar
We have an exceptional opportunity for a part-time Inside Sales Representative. This position could evolve into a full-time position for the right person. This position entails heavy cold calling to an already existing database of leads. The goal of the Inside Sales Rep is to schedule appointments for our Outside Sales Team. Candidate will be provided with a proven sales process as well as the necessary skills, prospecting roadmap and coaching to drive success at setting initial appointments.
-Position entails calling prospects in order to identify the decision makers and qualify leads for our sales department.
-Candidate expected to make Minimum of 200 outbound calls/week once fully trained.
-Generate and confirm appointments for outside sales.
-Database management and ongoing list cleaning.
- -Must be Willing to make 200 outbound calls/week
-Excellent communication skills centered around a servant's heart.
-Ability to demonstrate patience, tact and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers.
-The ability to communicate with C-Level Executives.
-Basic PC skills are required.
-Prior experience with lead generation and/or closing appointments is a plus.
-Prior experience following a sales process is preferred.
